When I die, Those that Benefited from my Free Education Should Keep the Legacy Going…Gov. Rochas Okorocha

Governor Rochas Okorocha, of Imo state might not be loved by all but that has not stopped him from doing well to his people and even none Nigerians as he continues to receive good prayers from people around.

The Governor recently graduated about 3000 students through his free ‘Rochas Foundation’ tagged project #Project55555 as the graduation ceremony and inauguration of 5 children from 55 African countries was held recently in Owerri, Imo state.

Project55555 is a project aimed at sending helpless African Children Back to School sponsored by the Executive Governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha.

The event which saw notable Nigerians and Ghanaian President, Nakufo Addo, in attendance got many emotional while various speech were being given and encomiums poured on the governor. The Ghanaian President during his speech stated that Governor Rochas is a gift to humanity as he being a president of Ghana today is also a product of education.  “I am President of Ghana today because of Education Governor Rochas Okorocha is a gift to humanity.”

Furthermore, Governor Rochas while delivering his speech stated that every child deserves to get quality education and his foundation is all out to ensure that it puts smiles on the faces of many children it can. He also added that he is not going to live forever but those that have benefitted from the free education scheme should ensure that they keep the fire burning at all times.

According to the governor, “I won’t live forever, when I die, I want the beneficiaries of my Free education to keep the candle burning.”
