Breastfeeding is the most natural and effective way to ensuring child health, proper growth and development.
In support of this year’s World Breastfeeding Week themed “Breastfeeding: Foundation for Life” Nestlé launches the second edition of its campaign «Breastfeeding, it takes all of us».
The campaign encourages mothers to breastfeed and calls on other family members to support by creating the enabling environment for mothers to breastfeed.
Through the simple message: “breastfeeding requires the support of everyone”, the company aims to encourage partners, family members, friends, health care providers, and workplaces to all pitch in to help mothers exclusively breastfeed up to 6 months of age and continue breastfeeding up to two years of age or beyond as recommended by World Health Organization.
