Insecurity: We're Seeing Signs, Prayer is Key...Pastor Wole Oladiyun
General Overseer of CLAM, Pastor, Wole Oladiyun

Nigeria just turned 61 years on 1st October, 2021, and to some citizens, there is really nothing to celebrate about considering the unrest going on in some part of the country with leaders struggling to manage the whole situation.

With the 61st celebration going on everywhere, in lots of churches, it was about praying for the country at large and one of such churches is the Christ Livingspring Apostolic Ministry (CLAM), Omole, Lagos, where members took out time to call on God to intervene in the situation of the country.

Ministering on Sunday at CLAM’s October thanksgiving service, the General Overseer of CLAM, Pastor, Wole Oladiyun, who has always been a preacher of peace and one who believes that prayer can go a long way in changing things lamented that with the high level of insecurity in the country, Nigerians cannot afford to continue to watch helplessly while the terrorists plunder and murder innocent citizens.

Pastor Oladiyun called for total spiritual warfare against the powers and forces behind the spate of killing, kidnapping, and armed robbery in Nigeria. While admonishing citizens to pray for Lagos State not to experience high-level incidents of kidnapping, merciless killing, and unrest.

According to the revered man of God, “We are seeing the signs but God has promised to siege us from all evils and their plans shall be aborted. God shall abort every plan and plot of the enemy against us, against our homes, against Lagos state, and against Nigeria.”

He went further to encourage the citizens that regardless of the economic challenges in the country, there is still hope that “Nigeria will arise and shine in Jesus name.”
