FrieslandCampina WAMCO makers of Three Crown Creamer Milk, recently took a trip to Akwa Ibom state, Eket, where the Inspiration fitness walk was held.
The walk saw large turnout of citizens who saw the need to keep fit and healthy as they also got some health education from the experts that were on ground.
Aside being a fitness walk, there was also the fun side of it and also networking as they got the opportunity of meeting people to share ideas as they also went home went some goodies
