Ecobank Nigeria Publicly Renews Commitment with Customers

Nigeria’s Pan African Bank, Ecobank Nigeria, has formally kicked off this year’s Customer Service Week at its Ado Badore branch in Ajah, Lagos State.

The customers service week is one which is aimed at getting closer to the customers and also having the opportunity of getting feedback from them about the services and what improvement they wish to get.

The Head, Branch Network, Titi Olarinde, who represented the Managing Director at the event thanked the customers profusely, describing them as the reason why the bank is in business.

She said, “This global Customer Service week affords us an opportunity to once again publicly renew our commitment to you, our customers on your contributions which is crucial to our success.”

The event also attracted His Royal Majesty, Oba Hafeez Olakunle Badru, Elejigbo of Lamgbasa and other high-ranking traditional rulers in the area including businessmen, traders and artisans, amongst others.
