Its not been easy staying in the highly competitive banking sector of Nigeria and as each year goes by, Union Bank has been able to spread across various states in the country ensuring they bring qualitative banking to the people.
As the world celebrate the Global Customer Service Week, Union bank has decided to celebrate its own workers on the front desk who are the first point of contact with the clients and no matter how hard the customer seems to be, they have exhibited great patience to service.
No matter how little the appreciation is, the front desk employees were glad that aside the regular monthly salaries that come in, their efforts were also appreciated as they have all worked together towards the rebranding of the bank which is now a force to reckon with.
