The signing of a MoU between the Bankers’ Committee and the FMIC on the investment plan to revamp the iconic National Art Theatre and build a new creative city at Iganmu has been witnessed.
The signing had the likes of the Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu in attendance. According to the governor who shared the news, he stated that the investment will add great value to the tourism economy.
In his words, “This investment will significantly boost the creative and tourism economy not only in Lagos but across the country. Our creative talents and young people who seek several opportunities in the sector will be able to thrive.”
