Heritage Bank at Navy Town Secondary School, Ojo, Lagos, on World earth Day

One of Nigeria’s most talked about financial institution, Heritage Bank, has continued to prove that they in in the Nigerian market not just for business alone but to also impact the society through various means available to them.

The bank has been able to stamp its name on the lips on the lips of some Nigerians as they played a major role in the just concluded TV reality show, Big Brother Naija (BBN).

Heritage bank decided to take their corporate Social Responsibility to the next level as they Navy Town Secondary School, Ojo, Lagos, to mark the World Earth Day.

It was indeed a great day as the bank ensured that the students were well educated on how to keep plastics away from the streets and out of the waterways as they donated two plastic bins to the school..

According to the bank, “For World Earth Day, we went to Navy Town Secondary School Ojo, and we gave an awareness talk on how to keep plastics away from the streets and out of our waterways. We also impressed upon the student the need to take care of the Earth because it’s the only planet we have. Two plastic bins were donated to the school to help them in sorting their waste and promote both a clean environment and recycling.”
