Some Nigerian financial institutions have been holding various Annual General Meetings across the country and Fidelity Bank Nigeria, is not left out.

The bank recently held its 30th AGM, with its shareholders at the prestigious Eko Hotel and Suits and the event was a remarkable one as various points were raised to ensure how the bank can maintain strong relevance.

The bank was also commended for having over 40% of its workforce as Females and 4 women on the Board which clearly shows Fidelity Bank’s commitment to gender equality.

No doubt some issues were raised but the bank got a general commendation from Mr. Matthew Akinlade, President Nigerian Shareholders Solidarity Association, who thanked the Board and Management of Fidelity Bank for the remarkable financial performance.
