While most customers are busy enjoying cool services and great relationships that comes with celebration of the 2019 Global Customer Service Week, a customer with popular Nigerian bank, Polaris Bank, has been alleged to be weeping bitterly, as one of the bank’s staff, Mr Emmanuel Agbroko, bolted with the customer’s savings.
The alleged incident which took place in Delta state, has pushed Umukoro Hendrix, the Divisional Police Office, Obiaruku town, to place Emmanuel on the Police wanted list over the multi-million-naira fraud.
According to reports, the alleged culprit, disappeared since October 1st 2019, thereby dropping a note or his family which was not disclosed to the media.
The said money was from thrift from several people in the community as this has caused fear in the minds of many who have blamed the bank for not putting necessary measures to checkmate fraud acts among its staff.
Polaris bank is yet to react to this allegation as of the time this report was filled.
