Hull City manager, Leonid Slutsky is interested in signing Nigeria international, Ahmed Musa on loan from Leicester City before the end of the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old, who has fallen out of favour with the Foxes manager, Craig Shakespare joined the King Power Stadium outfit from CSKA Moscow in 2016, but has failed to live up to expectation of his employers.
And the Russian-born tactician is hoping to team up once again with his former player, hoping his four-year relationship with the Super Eagles player can help boost the performance of his team this season.
“We have some loan options and maybe at the end of the transfer window getting players from the Premier League is possible, we are waiting for the decision of big clubs on some players. He is not our player but, of course, every coach is better working with players he knows and I worked with Musa for four years. I know him and he knows me, it is normal. His position is not the only important one though in this situation,” He told Hull City Daily Mail.
