First City Monument Bank (FCMB), recently launched the FCMB Education Advisory Service which is aimed at helping customers fulfil their aspirations and get the best out of their banking services.
Group head, Consumer Liability/Segment FCMB, Shamsideen Fashola and Michael Dosunmi, MD, MOD Group gave a short presentation of the customer journey in the FCMB Education Advisory Service and also explained what parents, partners and embassies can gain from using this service.
Representatives of various embassies such as the American embassy, the British High Commission and the Canadian High Commission were present at the launch of the FCMB Education Advisory Service.
The Bank stressed that the FCMB Education Advisory Services serves the purpose of helping parents to plan their children’s educational journey abroad.

The service helps to get Assistance with school admission and VISA processing, Support with school fees remittance and payment, Access to school fees loan up to $25,000.”
