One of Nigeria’s foremost Insurance Company, African Alliance Plc (AA), is not just particular about its customers but also has it staff at heart as they recently rewarded them some weeks back.
During the few days the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) held its warning strike, some of the insurance company’s staff were able to find their way to the office which got the management applauding their zeal.
In the words of Ian Hutchinson, author of People Glue, “Your number one customers are your people. Look after employees first and then customers last,” and this is the form in which the insurance company is possibly operating on knowing that its staff are important as the clients.
The insurance company could not hide their joy for the few staff that were able to find their way to the office during the NLC strike as they rewarded with N5000 voucher each.
